My room was spacious and well-appointed. i appreciated the nespresso machine with several pod choices. parking was very easy. It was also convenient.
unloading luggage was a little awkward with the location's layout.

frankie's restaurant is located onsite and was accommodating. i found their service to be excellent. the restaurant offered a variety of options, and the quality of food was high.

The location was excellent for my plans. early check-in was offered, awesome. i could walk to many spots, so i didn't need a car. it was across the street from bc place. A great place if you're downtown for a game.
the reception staff were not always helpful. a request for plain milk was unable to be fulfilled. staff couldn't give a toss when asked for anything slightly outside the standard amenities.

i requested a late checkout. STAFF then reversed course and said it wasn't possible. i had to wake my toddler mid-nap.

The underground parking was secure with a gate. I appreciated that the room was super clean and modern. Its location was also quite convenient for exploring the area on foot (I walked everywhere).
The cost of the room was a bit too high. There was no complimentary water in the room. The restaurant was fully booked, even when I called a week before my stay (I wanted to make sure).
